<p>The device (1) has a marked support (7) provided with a visual marking (2) and limited by a peripheral edge (14) located within a peripheral edge of a protective back (10). An adhesive rear face (16) works with a front face of a protective back (11). A window (18) is limited by an edge (19) located beyond the edge of the marked support that is located opposite to the window. An application obverse (9) is limited by a peripheral edge (22) with an adhesion at a rear face (23). A front face of a stencil (21) allows the removal of the application obverse by peeling during the use of the device. An independent claim is also included for a method for using a device for affixing a visual marking on a to-be-marked surface of a rigid support of a vehicle such as aircraft or spacecraft.</p> |
