The plate (1) has a bar that is formed from a level plane, where the turbulence plate is transformed by deep-drawing processes and includes a rectangular-waved structure with corrugation peaks (5) and wave troughs (6) that run parallel to each other. A depth tool (2) includes an associated stamp (3) moved to a stencil (4), where the stencil and the associated stamp are provided with the corrugation peaks, the wave troughs and cutting edges. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a deep-drawing tool for producing a turbulence plate (2) a method for producing a turbulence plate.
