The present invention relates to a dry composite waterproof structure using a heat insulation board, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a dry composite waterproof structure using a heat insulation board which improves the heat insulating and retaining properties of a building by having a heat insulating layer in which multiple heat insulation boards are bonded to a base surface and by having a waterproof layer formed on the heat insulating layer, and which uses a dry waterproofing method for enhancing the efficiency of a waterproofing work. The dry composite waterproof structure using a heat insulation board comprises: a heat insulation layer (10) having multiple heat insulation boards bonded to and fixated on a base surface (1) of the structure; a waterproof coat layer (20) which forms a waterproof layer by spreading a waterproof agent on the heat insulating layer (10); a reinforcing layer (30) settled on the waterproof coat layer for improving the tensile strength of the waterproof coat layer (20); and a protection layer (40) coated on the waterproof coat layer (20) and the reinforcing layer (30) for absorbing external impact and for forming a second waterproof layer.
