The present invention relates to a communication line to transmit high-speed signals. In the communication line, a ground part providing a voltage reference value of the communication line based on a base which is an insulating body of the communication line and a signal part for exchanging signals with the ground part are arranged symmetrically. Since the tolerance level against noise and EMI is improved and the transmission loss caused by impedance matching is reduced, superhigh speed mass amount of transmission is available. The base can be thin, and flexibility due to a thin film technique can be achieved. The manufacturing costs can be reduced. Ultra-thin communication line can be easily manufactured, and mass production is available. Also, high-speed transmission is possible, and signal loss can be reduced by reducing inter-layer electrical interference. |
