The present invention relates to a 3D coordinate inputting device capable of inputting the 3D coordinate value easily at a display part comprising first through fourth light emitting units and a camera part. The first through fourth light emitting units are respectively arranged at four corners of the display part of a rectangular form. The camera part faces the display part for photographing at least two of the first through fourth light emitting units. The camera part can input the 3D coordinate value at the upper part of the display part by using the positions of at least two light emitting units in a photographed image. The 3D coordinate value of the upper part of the display part can be easily inputted by using the first through fourth light emitting units and the camera part.
