PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector for an electric wire which reduces a load to the electric wire even when manufacturing variations occur in a vehicle side fixing part and the electric wire.SOLUTION: A protector 1 for an electric wire includes: a holding member 5 which holds an electric wire 3 arranged at a vehicle; and a fixed member 7 assembled to an outer periphery of the holding member 5 and fixed to the vehicle. An engagement part 9, which holds the holding member 5 at a predetermined assemble position relative to the fixed member 7 and may change the assembly position of the holding member 5 relative to the fixed member 7 by moving the holding member 5 in a length direction of the electric wire 3, is provided between the holding member 5 and the fixed member 7. |
