PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die which can fix firmly an insert component coated with a primer to a molding without making a molding cycle long, and prevents occurrence of a burn mark, dust or others. SOLUTION: In molding dies 15, 16 wherein a metal component is to be inserted at filling thermoplastic resin, the surface of the metal component 4a to be inserted is coated with a primer 4c, while a heat insulating layer 12 of which the modulus in tension is 1×10<4> kg/cm<2> or above is provided in the die wherein the insert metal component 4a is fitted, so that the insert metal component 4a may not come into contact with the thermoplastic resin at least.
