PURPOSE: A partition scheduling device based on criticality and a method thereof are provided to differently determine an execution time of a partition for each period, thereby improving the utilization rate of a system. CONSTITUTION: A partition period determination unit(110) determines a period of a partition based on a period of a task of the partition. A partition execution time determination unit(120) determines an period execution time of the partition based on the period of the partition. The period execution time changes with a constant pattern corresponding to an execution period of the partition.
