The present invention discloses a method, device and system for communication, belonging to the field of communication. The method comprises: a device at a network side determines that the uplink signal quality (QoS) in the first cell of a User Equipment (UE) with at least two uplinks meets a preset condition; and the device at the network side reduces a power bias value of a data channel, and sends the reduced power bias value of the data channel to the UE. In the present invention, after it is determined that the uplink signal quality in the first cell of the UE with at least two uplinks meets the preset condition by the equipment at the network side, the power bias value of the data channel is reduced and the reduced power bias value of the data channel is sent to the UE, so that on the premise that the QoS of the data channel is controlled within a certain level through an uplink OLPC algorithm convergence, an uplink DPCCH reception signal-interference ratio in the first cell can be improved, and then the quality balance of an uplink and a downlink can be enabled. Thus, better data transmission service is provided for the UE. |
