The present invention relates to an inspection system for a railway vehicle, and includes: a standby line unit for carrying a traction motor through a conveyor when the traction motor is loaded on a pallet; a disassembly line unit for disassembling a stator and a rotator from the carried traction motor, loading and carrying the disassembled stator and rotator to a cleaning room through the conveyor; the cleaning room for reading RFID chip information of the pallet, performing cleaning with different methods through a robot according to a subject to be cleaned based on the read information and carrying to an assembly line unit through the conveyor when the pallet having the stator and rotator loaded enters; the assembly line unit for carrying the conveyor to a corresponding assembly line by reading the RFID chip information of the entered pallet and carrying the pallet to an inspection line unit through the conveyor when an assembly of the traction motor is completed; the inspection line unit for inspecting the assembled traction motor and carrying to the motor to the standby line unit which is capable of storing for shipping through the conveyor; and a control unit for controlling the entire inspection process by controlling the standby line unit, the disassembly line unit, the cleaning room, the assembly line unit, and the inspection line unit. The cleaning room is a cleaning space having a dust collection facility, purifies contaminated air by sucking contamination sources generated while cleaning with the dust collection facility for a back filter and discharges the purified air to the outside. |
