The present invention relates to a steering dust seal apparatus for a vehicle, which prevent infiltration of moisture or noise into an indoor space from an engine room by connecting the engine room and the indoor space, forming double sealing, and forming a path to bypass moisture. The steering dust seal apparatus comprises a seal body which is mounted on the outer circumference of a universal joint passing a dish panel, where a first seal seating unit is formed in the middle part, and where a second seal seating unit is formed in the upper part; a first seal whose center is formed as a through-hole in order to pass the second seal seating unit of the seal body, where a hollow unit is formed inside, and which is mounted in the first seal seating unit of the seal body; and a second seal which is mounted in the second seal seating unit of the seal body and connects the engine room and the indoor space by passing the dash panel. |
