FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodwork, particularly to production of plywood and plywood boards. Veneer sheet surface is processed in two steps, veneer sheet is heated after first step, veneer sheet surface is processed at second step in applying glue layer containing phenol-formaldehyde glue. Veneer sheets are stacked and compressed to perform hot pressing of the stack. At first step, veneer sheet surface is processed by water solution of arabinogalactan, heated to complete drying with deposition of the latter. Glued is applied on veneer sheet surface in amount of 110-130 g/m. Said arabinogalactan is applied on veneer sheet surface in amount of 5-10 g/min terms of dry substances.EFFECT: simplified production, lower consumption of glue.4 cl |
