The present invention provides an X-ray detector. The X-ray detector comprises: a dielectric layer positioned on a substrate having a light receiving element; a nanoparticle layer composed of metallic nanoparticles having a smaller dielectric constant than the dielectric layer, and formed on the dielectric layer; and a phosphor layer positioned on the nanoparticle layer. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method to improve light receiving efficiency of the light receiving element. |
