<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a lightweight and large-sized lighting system excellent in mass productivity, and capable of reducing a manufacturing cost, and also to provide a lighting system having improved freedom of material selection. <P>SOLUTION: A heat dissipating part is formed by pressing a metal plate. For example, while continuously bending the metal plate along the circumferential direction thereof in a corrugated shape, the metal plate is bent and deformed in an axial direction so that the peripheral side of the metal plate becomes closer to the tip side in the axial direction than the center side, and thereby, the heat dissipating part is formed by pressing and deforming it into an almost dome shape in which crests and troughs extending in the longitudinal direction are continuously formed around it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
