<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a condensing rate of light emitted from a light-emitting element, space efficiency, and a cooling effect. <P>SOLUTION: A reflector 12 having a parabolic mirror covers a light-emitting diode 11 (hereinafter called an LED) from above. In this instance, the parabolic mirror of the reflector 12 is in a shape of an upper-side paraboloid as a total bearing paraboloid is cut by a plane horizontally crossing its axis line. Further, an end edge of an opening side of the reflector 12 is inscribed in a semi-circular cover 13, and a light-emitting point of the LED 11 is positioned at a focal point of the parabolic mirror of the reflector 12.
