The present invention relates to a portable baseball board game apparatus and a portable baseball board game method which enable a user to enjoy a baseball game anytime and anywhere without being restricted by place and time. The portable baseball board game apparatus includes: a board plate; an offense roulette and a defense roulette; 16 offense men and 16 defense men including nine hitter men, five pitcher men, and two catcher men; 27 sheets of operation cards; a score board; and a magnet part and a hinge. According to the portable baseball board game method of the present invention, the game method of the present invention includes: a step in which two teams set the board plate by dividing nine hitter men, five pitcher men and two catcher men respectively; a step in which two teams determine first offense and defense; a step in which the first offense team divides the offense roulette and the defense team divides the defense roulette according to the determined offense and defense; a step in which the operation cards are arranged in the operation card zone; and a step in which a game starts by rotating the offense roulette. |
