<p>A terminal capability information synchronization method. The method comprises: a server obtaining terminal capability change information; according to each preset constraint condition, the server determining terminal capability information needing to be reported by a terminal, and sending a request message to the terminal to request the terminal capability information needing to be reported; and the server receiving the terminal capability information reported by the terminal, and updating terminal capability information which is saved locally. Also disclosed at the same time are a terminal capability information synchronization system and device. Using the technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention, a server can obtain terminal capability change information instantaneously, thereby being able to conduct corresponding adjustment on a service operation policy to achieve optimization of the resource utilization and configuration of both a server and a terminal.</p> |
