The invention relates to a device which includes a flexible laminar part (1) made up of two planar collars (12) for placing two thermal bags (3) by the respective necks (31) thereof, said planar collars (12) being joined together by parallel, flexible intermediate portions (13). The laminar part (1) comprises at one end a series of strips (14) with a closing means and at the other end a series of rings (4) or holes for passing said strips (14). The device is suitable for placing one thermal bag (3) in one of the planar collars (12) in order to arrange same in front of an anatomic part, limb or joint and another thermal bag (3) in the other planar collar (12) in order to arrange same at the rear, making it possible to bend the intermediate portions (13) and the strips (14), so that the user can move about without the knee pad falling off.
