Discloses are a method, a system and an apparatus for compensating a medical image. The apparatus for compensating a medical image includes a communication part receiving an image of an object obtained from a camera communication part having a camera module and receiving a medical image with regard to the object from a medical apparatus communication part connected to the medical apparatus and relating to the medical apparatus and the camera module; a sensing part generating sensing information about the movement of the object; and a compensation part controlling to transfer the image to the medical apparatus by generating an medical image where errors are removed according to the movement of the object in the medical apparatus when the object is moved based on the obtained image and the sensing information.
