PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support member which is used for a backup plate suppressing a temperature difference and deformation of a heating plate, and to provide a heating plate support device and a heating device.SOLUTION: Support members 10 supporting a heating plate 20 are provided at multiple positions of a backup plate 30, and the heating plate 20 is placed on an upper surface 11a of each first support plate 11 to be supported by the upper surface 11a. Each support member 10 includes the first support plate 11, a support piece 12, and a second support plate 13. The upper surface 11a of the first support plate 11 serves as a placement surface S on which the heating plate 20 is placed. The support piece 12 is a member which is interposed between the first support plate 11 and the second support plate 13 and becomes heat resistance suppressing an amount of heat flowing from the heating plate 20 to the backup plate 30 through the support member 10. The support piece 12 is formed so that a contact area between the support piece 12 and the first support plate 11 becomes smaller than the placement surface S. |
