摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for processing data using a MIMO-OFDM system. An embodiment of the present invention relates to the method for processing the data using the MIMO-OFDM system comprising: a step of receiving an OFDM symbol, transmitted through a plurality of transmission antennas with CDD, using a plurality of reception antennas; a step of selecting a part of the reception antenna among the reception antennas using the size of the received power and of calculating the reception power for each reception antenna; a step of enabling the selected reception antenna to calculate the received preamble and the predetermined correlation window; and a step of determining the occurrence point of the mutual correlation peak which makes time interval between the mutual correlation peaks into the maximum time interval when the mutual correlation value corresponding to the mutual correlation calculation value is bigger than a threshold value. The calculation amount of a synchronization unit executed in each antenna is reduced by successively selecting the power of a signal generated by measuring fewer antennas than available antennas and by measuring the power of the reception signal in each reception antenna. The reception signal in which the CCD is applied is considered. An adaptive threshold value is applied to the processed signal in order to execute time synchronization including high accuracy.
