PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boxing apparatus capable of efficiently boxing an article not suitable for a method of performing vacuum suction and insertion into a packing box from above, and capable of achieving a relatively compact structure.SOLUTION: A boxing apparatus 30 comprises: a holding device 33 holding a packing box B having a pair of flaps Bg facing each other at a lower surface opening while the pair of flaps Bg are opened; a pair of forks 36 turned into a crossing state when approaching and capable of placing an article A on an upper surface in that state; a lifting device 31 supporting the forks 36; an actuator 37 providing the pair of forks 36 with movement approaching each other or movement separated from each other on the lifting device 31; a folding device 35 folding the pair of flaps Bg in a direction closing the lower surface opening of the packing box B and disposed at a position not interfering with a moving range of the pair of forks 36; a loader 32 loading the article on the pair of forks 36 in the crossing state; and a control part 40 controlling the whole. |
