An address book information providing device according to the present invention comprises: a storage medium for connecting a user ID of a first to an N^th (N is 2, 3, 4,...N) user who uses a mobile communication terminal to each user address information so that the user ID matches with the each user address information by one to one and stores the ID and information; a location confirmation unit for confirming country (or city) information in which a first user is located by using location information of the first user received from a mobile communication terminal of the first user; a location judgment unit for judging whether a location of the first user is overseas or not; a user confirmation unit for confirming a user ID of more than one N^th user included in an address book having the user ID of the first user after confirming the user ID of the first user when a location of the first user is judged as overseas through the location judgment unit; and a processing unit for processing country information corresponding to a location of the first user confirmed in the location confirmation unit on an address book application installed in a mobile communication terminal which corresponds to a user ID of an N^th user, wherein the information is a name or a symbol to be outputted, whose name and symbol show a country (or city) corresponding to a location of the first user.
