The invention relates to a process for the production of bacterial preparation for bacterization of soya, where bacterial preparation contains microorganisms of speciesIMB-7198 (M-8) and, cultivated in nutrient medium of the following composition, wt. %: feed (dry) yeast – 0.3, glucose – 1.0, treacle – 0.5, NH)SO– 0.1, KHPO×2HO – 0.015, KHPO– 0.015, MgSO×7HO – 0.01, CaCO– 0.05, distilled water – the rest, inoculum of both bacteria are added to the nutrient medium in ratio of 1:1. |
