A method for incubation of &bgr;-hemolytic streptococcus of A group comprises mixing of lyophilized live culture of attenuated streptokinase-active strain “Hurov” of &bgr;-hemolytic streptococcus of A group, wetted with 0.15-0.30 ml of sterile physiological solution with beef-extract broth in the presence of 0.15-0.25 % glucose. Mixing is carried out in mixer of gas-vortex action, wherein mixer is filled with inspired mixture on the basis of inert gases.
