摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a fuel cell and a battery to have sufficient coordination therebetween.SOLUTION: A battery 100, a fuel cell 200, and a general load 30 are connected to a single-phase three-wire type power supply line L1 from a system power source 1, and a specific load 40 for receiving electric power supplied from battery 100, and the fuel cell 200 are connected to a single-phase two-wire type power supply line L2 from a battery 100. If a power failure occurs, the fuel cell 200 supplies electric power to the specific load 40 and the battery 100 through the single-phase two-wire type power supply line L2 by performing a rated output operation. The battery 100 is charged with electric power supplied from the fuel cell 200 through the single-phase two-wire type power supply line L2, and, when reaching a full charge state, notifies the fuel cell 200 of the full charge state. If the fuel cell 200 is notified of the full charge state from the battery 100, it switches from the rated output operation to a load following operation or an idling operation.
