A display panel, a display apparatus having the same, and a driving method thereof are provided to enhance the display quality of the display panel by driving a first current controller in an illumination mode and a second current controller in a recovery mode. A display panel includes scan and data lines(SL,DL), an organic light emitting element(410), and first and second current controllers(420,430). The scan line includes first and second sub-scan lines which are formed adjacent to each other along a first direction. The data line is formed in a second direction across the first direction. The organic light emitting element generates lights by receiving a source current from a voltage source. The first current controller connected to the first sub-scan line, the data line, and the organic light emitting element is operated in a first illumination mode in order to control the source current supplied to the organic light emitting element. The second current controller, which is connected to the second sub-scan line and the data line, and connected to the organic light emitting element in parallel with the first current controller, is operated in a second recovery mode in order to recover degraded internal characteristic. |
