PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve shock absorbing properties for absorbing a horizontal shock when a rod-like member abuts on the inner circumference of an insertion hole to prevent a vibration generator from being damaged by the shock.SOLUTION: An upper side horizontal plate 23 extending in a horizontal direction is provided at an upper mount 2. A lower side horizontal plate 33 extending in the horizontal direction is provided at a lower mount 3 so as to be opposed to the upper side horizontal plate 23 in a vertical direction. A vibration stopping device 5 includes long screw bolts 50 whose lower ends are elastically fixed to the lower side horizontal plate 33 while an upper end is inserted to an insertion hole 23a provided at the upper side horizontal plate 23, and stoppers 53 and 54 provided at the long screw bolts 50 for inhibiting the vibration of the upper mount 2 in the vertical direction. |
