PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate an impact in relative movement between a guide rail and a stopper that supports the rail, and to improve durability.SOLUTION: A stabilizer device 6 includes a guide rail 7 that covers a winding transmission member 4 and a stopper 8 that swingably supports the guide rail 7. The stopper 8 is provided with a damper mechanism 9 that alleviates an impact generated by collision of the guide rail 7 with the stopper 8. |
