PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door unlocking device capable of preventing an occupant from being locked into an emergency-stopped vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle door unlocking device 10 includes an unlocking mechanism 5, a start/stop detection part 821, and a door lock control unit 822. The unlocking mechanism 5 releases the locked state of the door for opening and closing the platform of a vehicle. The start/stop detection part 821 detects the stop of the vehicle. When the stop of the vehicle detected by the start/stop detection part 821 is performed by a collision of the vehicle with an obstacle or by forcible braking for preventing the collision, the door lock control unit 822 operates the unlocking mechanism 5 to set the locked door in an unlocked state. |
