PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which is properly used for a type of electronic apparatus vibrating a panel attached to a housing.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes: a piezoelectric element; a diaphragm which is vibrated by the piezoelectric element thereby generating air conduction sounds and vibration sounds transmitted by vibrating a part of a human body; a first housing in which the diaphragm is disposed; a second housing connecting with the first housing; and operation buttons which are disposed exposing on a second surface in the second housing that is not continuous with a first surface of the first housing on which the diaphragm is disposed. The electronic apparatus is desirably used for a type of electronic apparatus which vibrates a panel attached to the housing.
