<p>The present invention discloses a solar cell module which is used in a concentrated photovoltaic system, which comprises the following components: a housing which is provided with a first side and a second side that is relatively separated from the first side; a plurality of lenses which are provided on the first side of the housing; and a plurality of solar cell receivers which are provided at the second side of the housing, wherein each in the plurality of solar cell receiver is placed in an optical path of one member in the plurality of lenses. Each member in the receivers comprises the following components: at least one optical component which is provided above a III-V compound semiconductor multijunction solar cell; a bypass diode which is parallelly coupled with the solar cell; and a heat radiator which is positioned below the solar cell and is thermally coupled with the solar cell.</p> |
