PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement which enables a dental abutment to be easily detached from a dental implant fixture when a dental prosthesis is damaged or the like in a dental implant system.SOLUTION: An implement for detaching a dental abutment from an implant fixture is configured in such a way that the implement comprises: a rod-like part 5a at the distal end of the implement; a step part 5b following the rod-like part 5a; a gripping part 5d; and an O ring 5c. The rod-like part 5a can be inserted into a through-hole provided inside an engaging part 2d on a more jawbone side than a step part 2f of a through-hole 2e of a dental abutment 2. The step part 5b abuts on the step part 2f of the dental abutment 2 and has a diameter larger than that of the rod-like part 5a. The gripping part 5d is a round rod-like part having a thickness enabling the gripping part 5d to be inserted into the through-hole 2e formed up to the step part 2f of the dental abutment 2, and the oral cavity inner side of the gripping part 5d is bent at a position on the oral cavity inner inside than the dental abutment 2 or than an occlusal surface of a dental prosthesis 4 which is fixed to the dental abutment 2 and used when the step part 5b abuts on the step part 2f of the dental abutment 2. The O ring 5c abutting on the inner surface of the through-hole 2e of the dental abutment 2 is mounted on a region close to the step part 2f of the through-hole 2e. |
