PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of enhancing fixing strength against an object by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A reinforcing material 10 is installed on a plate material 50 by a bolt 42 and a nut 44, and has a connecting part 12 brought into close contact with a surface of the plate material 50. The connecting part 12 is formed with a bolt opening part 30 for inserting the bolt 42 and an adhesive opening part 20 penetrating through the connecting part 12 and filled with an adhesive.
