The device has a thread or textile fiber roving (3) supplied between perforated conveyor belts (2), where the roving is provided from a curling machine (1). The roving traverses a fixing oven for being accomplished on a thread recapturing section. A pressure continuity maintaining unit (6) maintains the continuity of pressure on the roving at an output of the machine, and cooperates with the conveyor belts during fixing operations of the fiber or thread. The maintaining unit is formed under the form of a pair of rails (6') arranged between the conveyor belts.
