The present invention relates to a device for refining high purity molten steels, comprising: a tundish main body; a tundish including a tundish cover covering one side of the tundish main body; a molten steel accommodating unit formed by blocking the inner part of the tundish main body with a first weir; and a droplet forming device including a droplet forming unit positioned to be adjacent to the molten steel accommodating unit inside the tundish main body and changing the molten steels delivered from the molten steel accommodating unit into the droplets. Provided is the device manufacturing the high purity molten steels by reducing the inclusions and the total oxygen amounts.
