PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diffuse and increase a small-scale power generating device as the development of renewable energy so as to compensate for the domestic shortage of power.SOLUTION: An existing water supply pipe (1) is used as a water conduit with which a small power generating system can be installed immediately by manufacturing a small power generating device and remodeling a water pipe at a position at which the power generating device is set up which causes economically-advantageous installation. |
