The ion exchange resin cartridges 47c and 47d are fixed to the lid 47f in a detachable state. For example, in the fuel cell system having a fuel cell generating electricity by the electrochemical reaction of reaction gas, such ion exchanger 47 is arranged to piping connected to the fuel cell.
