PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that there is a need not met by a convenient method whereby siNA molecules may be delivered to the CNS, and whereby such delivery results in RNA interference activity.SOLUTION: A method and a composition for the treatment of pathologic conditions of the central nervous system (CNS) by means of intranasal administration of a compound which brings about RNA interference are provided.
