PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat absorbing/radiating plate for shortening a cooking time by effectively transferring heat from a heating appliance to a cooking appliance by coating a metallic plate with a heat absorbing/heat radiating coating material in which a material of high heat emissivity such as aluminum nitride, silicon carbide and aluminum oxide (alumina) is mixed.SOLUTION: In order to shorten a hot water boiling time in using a heating appliance 4, heat energy of the heating appliance must be efficiently transferred to a cooking appliance 5. The heat generated from the heating appliance 4 is efficiently absorbed by a heat absorbing/heat radiating plate 1 coated with a coating material of high heat absorbing/heat radiating property, in which a material of high heat emissivity such as aluminum nitride, silicon carbide, and aluminum oxide (alumina) is mixed, and then the heat passes through the metallic plate of high heat conductivity, and radiated to a cooking appliance side of the heat absorbing/heat radiating plate while efficiently radiating heat by the mixed heat radiating material of high heat absorbing/heat radiating property also on the face to transfer heat to the cooking appliance 4. |
