PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem, in which when generating a document and operating a generated document without user's operation on a screen, predetermined operations cannot be performed depending on the authority of a user and when performing other operations, it is necessary to change the specification of document operation and then perform a document generation instruction again.SOLUTION: A document generation system performs the following: determining whether a print service is available for a user; if it is not available, checking whether a document can be attached to a cooperation service; and if it can be attached, sending to a Web browser a screen including a menu for selecting whether to download the document to the Web browser or to attach the document. |
