An inert gas supply system for a floating production storage offloading (FPSO) is disclosed. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the inert gas supply system for an FPSO includes a top side, a condensate oil tank, and a slop tank. The inert gas supply system for an FPSO comprises a gas generation unit which supplies inert gas to the top side; a main supply pipe which is connected and placed between the gas generation unit and the top side; a connection unit which is connected with the main supply pipe and supplies inert gas to the condensate oil tank and the slop tank; a sensing unit which detects the inside state of the condensate oil tank and the slop tank; and a control unit which receives the detected signals by the sensing unit and controls the amount of supply of the inert gas to the condensate oil tank and the slop tank.
