PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a joined body capable of efficiently manufacturing a joined body composed of a soft material in which there is no undesirable step generated at a joint of constituent members.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a joined body includes: a soft member installation step in which a first soft member and a second soft member composed of a soft material and provided with convex parts on their surfaces are installed with the surfaces having the convex parts upside; an alignment tool installation step in which an alignment tool is disposed on upper surface sides of the first soft member and the second soft member in a manner to stride over these members; a crush amount adjusting step in which a load is applied from the alignment tool, and a deformation amount of the convex part that the first soft member has and a deformation amount of the convex part that the second soft member has are adjusted; and a joining step in which the first soft member and the second soft member are joined in a state that deformation amounts of the convex parts of the first soft member and the second soft member are adjusted. |
