PURPOSE: An ion selective membrane generation method in a micro channel, and a micro channel apparatus are provided to form an ion selective membrane with various shapes and sizes, and to facilitate the formation of the ion selective membrane in the middle of the channel. CONSTITUTION: An ion selective membrane generation method forms an ion selective membrane(132') to induce an ion concentration polarization phenomenon in a cover structure(210) which forms a micro channel and a base structure(220), and includes the following steps; a step which transcribes colloids in a liquid state with dielectric particles in the cover structure; a step which laminates the cover structure on which the liquid state colloids are transcribed and the base structure; and the step which forms the ion selective membrane which is specified with the space in between the dielectric particles by collecting the dielectric particles from the liquid state colloids.
