A heat exchanger according to an embodiment comprises: multiple refrigerant tubes in which refrigerants flow; radiation fins which allow the refrigerants tubes to be inserted thereinto and heat-exchange the refrigerants with fluid; headers which are coupled to one side or both sides of the refrigerant tubes and form a refrigerant flow space; and guide devices which are formed in the headers to divide the refrigerant flow space and guide the refrigerants from the headers to the refrigerant tubes. The guide devices comprise movable shielding units.
