PURPOSE: A marker for analyzing productivity of CLA(conjugated linoleic acid) derived from breast epithelial cells is provided to select animals with excellent CLA productivity. CONSTITUTION: A marker for analyzing productivity of CLA is SSRD(translocon-associated protein subunit delta), SUCB2(succinyl-CoA ligase (GDP-forming) subunit beta), ATPD(ATP synthase subunit delta), GRP75(stress-70 protein), NDUFS2(NADH dehydrogenase (ubiquinone) iron-sulfur protein 2), QCR1(cytochrome b-c1 complex subunit 1), VDAC2(voltagedependent anion-selective channel protein 2), or HSPB1(heat shock protein beta-1). |
