The present invention relates to a device for winding materials, comprising: a mandrel in which the material is wound at the circumference; a downward bending unit downwardly bending materials transferred in a horizontal direction towards the mandrel; a guide panel unit installed to be inclined between the downward bending unit and the mandrel and guiding the materials which are downwardly bent to one side of the mandrel; and a circular bending unit bending the materials passing through the guide panel unit to have the curvature.
