PURPOSE: A high speed signal measurement apparatus and a method thereof are provided to improve time/frequency resolution as implementing simple hardware architecture by using a small number of analog digital (AD) converters (10). CONSTITUTION: A high speed signal measurement apparatus includes an AD converter (10), a frequency generator (11), a signal processor and a controller (30). The AD converter samples an input signal with different frequencies and is arranged in parallel. The frequency generator provides a different sampling frequency to each of the plurality of AD converters arranged in parallel. The signal processor receives an output of the plurality of AD converters arranged in parallel, and then restores a signal. The controller receives a trigger signal and processes the received trigger signal.
