PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation tank for recovering upper water that contains suspended matters such as an oil-and-fat, and allowing the circulation of only a liquid.SOLUTION: A separation tank includes: a separation tank body 2 composed to be able to store a given liquid; a recovery apparatus 3 composed to be able to recover which a liquid near a liquid surface among the liquid stored in the separation tank body 2; a storage tank 4 composed to be able to store the liquid recovered by the recovery apparatus 3; and a supply device 12 connected with the inside of the storage tank 4 in a communication state near the bottom of the storage tank 4, and composed to be able to supply the liquid stored in the storage tank 4 to the separation tank body 2 after leading the stored liquid a prescribed height higher than a connection part with the storage tank 4. |
