A cleaning device for electrical appliances that has: a cleaning bowl for receiving the part of an electrical appliance that requires cleaning; a container for storing cleaning fluid to be supplied into the cleaning bowl; a cleaning fluid supply device for supplying the cleaning fluid inside the container to the cleaning bowl; and an overflow path for returning the cleaning fluid inside the cleaning bowl to the container. The cleaning device is configured so as to comprise a second bottom plate that forms, with the bottom surface of the container, a bottom space above the bottom surface of the container, and so that the cleaning fluid that flows into the container from the overflow path flows via the bottom space to the space above the second bottom plate on which the cleaning fluid supply device is disposed.
